From Conversation to Confirmed Trip
Every trip that starts with Geni ends up in the hands of a real travel agency, not an algorithm. Once Geni has gathered your trip details, destination, dates, group size, budget, trip type and any preferences, Gentoura pulls all of that into a structured trip brief and sends it to a local agency that actually knows the destination you have chosen.
What Goes Into the Brief
The brief is not just a copy of your chat. It is organized into a clear document the agency can act on right away, with your name and contact details, where you are traveling from, your dates or rough timeframe, how many people are coming along, your budget range, the type of trip you want and any accommodation or special requirements you mentioned along the way.
A Clock Starts Ticking
Handing your request to an agency does not mean the process slows down. Partner agencies agree to acknowledge a new trip brief within four hours, reach out to you directly within 24 hours, and come back with a full quote inside 48 hours. Those windows exist for one reason: a conversation that felt quick and easy with Geni should never turn into silence once a person picks it up.
Who Takes It From Here
From that point on, the agency handles booking, pricing and confirmation directly with you. They know the destination, the local partners and the details that make a trip actually work on the ground, things an AI conversation alone cannot promise. After your trip, Gentoura checks back in to hear how it went, partly to keep an eye on quality and partly because we're genuinely curious.
Geni's job is to get your trip planned quickly and get the details right. The local agency's job is to turn that plan into something you can book, pay for with confidence and actually enjoy.
